Prototype Support Workflow

My role at UnternehmerTUM MakerSpace is to help users move from design intent to manufacturable prototypes. This means reviewing CAD/CAM files, identifying the right fabrication process, checking machine readiness, supporting setup and fabrication, and troubleshooting issues when something does not work as expected. The value is not only operating machines, but helping students, startups and technical teams connect design decisions with real manufacturing constraints.

Machine Areas

I work across multiple prototyping and fabrication areas, including CNC machining, laser cutting, additive manufacturing, electronics, PCB-related workflows, metalworking, welding environments and general workshop equipment. My day-to-day work includes machine checks, user support, CAD/CAM corrections, fabrication guidance and troubleshooting when problems come from the file, material, setup, toolpath, machine or process selection.
